At 17, while still in high school, Jacob enlisted in the Tennessee Army National Guard. Specialising in Communications, he operated Single Channel Ground to Air radios from 1996 to 2002. He went on to pursue further education in Computer Networking, building 25 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications.
Beyond his professional work, Jacob serves his community as a volunteer firefighter and supports his county's disaster relief efforts. Tigrett Outdoors is his way of continuing that mission — building dependable comms gear for the people who need to stay connected when it matters most.
